A plan built around your child
No generic schedules. No one-size-fits-all method.
Babies have different sleep needs, personalities and ways of responding to change. Your plan should reflect the baby in front of us, rather than forcing your baby to fit a predetermined method.
We choose an evidence-informed approach together, taking your parenting preferences and your baby’s wellbeing into account.
The whole picture
Sleep is about more than wake windows.
We examine the factors that may be affecting your baby or toddler’s sleep and focus only on the changes that genuinely make sense for your family.
Real families, real experiences
What changed for these families
Every baby and toddler responds differently, so results and timelines will vary. These parents share what sleep looked like before receiving support and what changed after implementing their personalised plan.
Sonia’s story
Mother of a 13-month-old
“Before contacting Sophie, we had tried everything. Earlier bedtimes, later bedtimes, longer wake windows, shorter naps and extra feeds before bed, but nothing seemed to work.
She would wake in the middle of the night and stay awake for up to three hours. Feeding wouldn’t get her back to sleep. She was wide awake and just wanted to play. We had no idea what we were doing wrong.”
“We adjusted her schedule to better match her developmental needs. After the first night, her three-hour wake dropped to just 30 minutes.
By night five, she was sleeping through the night. I still cannot believe it!”
Lucy’s story
Mother of a 4.5-month-old
“My baby would only sleep while latched. The moment I unlatched her, she would wake up.
She was waking every 45 minutes, couldn’t connect sleep cycles and every nap was a contact nap. I was completely exhausted.”
“Sophie gave us a clear plan and supported us every step of the way. My baby now naps and sleeps in her own cot, in her own bedroom, just like I had dreamed of.
I didn’t even know it was possible! She falls asleep in around 10 minutes and only wakes twice a night for a feed.”
Rachel’s story
Mother of an 18-month-old
“My son was 18 months old when I finally contacted Sophie. I was completely exhausted and honestly starting to lose hope.
He was waking every single hour, every single night. I was barely surviving and it was affecting everything. We had tried everything, and at that point I would have considered five wake-ups a night a huge success.”
“Sophie completely changed our nights. She quickly understood what was keeping our son stuck in this cycle and showed us exactly what needed to change, while adapting everything to him and what we felt comfortable with.
Within the first three nights, we went from around eight wake-ups to just three. After one week, he was sleeping through the night. I genuinely never thought that was possible for us. I only wish I had reached out sooner.”
Your child’s situation will be different. Your sleep plan will be too.

Meet your consultant
Hi, I’m Sophie.
I am a certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant specialising in babies and toddlers, and the founder of Baby Sleep Help Co.
Before becoming a sleep consultant, I spent more than five years working as an international nanny. Caring for babies with very different personalities taught me that what works beautifully for one child can be completely wrong for another.
Today, I combine that practical experience with professional, evidence-informed sleep training to help families understand their child’s sleep and make realistic changes with confidence.

Questions about baby sleep support
Still unsure which option is right for your family? Book a free discovery call and I will help you choose the most appropriate next step.
Book your free callWill this approach work for my baby?
Every baby is different. Your recommendations are based on your child’s age, development, sleep needs, feeding, routine, environment and temperament, as well as your family’s goals and preferences.
What sleep methods do you use?
I use a range of evidence-informed approaches. Some children respond well to gradual, hands-on support, while others benefit from more space and a clearer, more direct approach. We select the strategy together, and you remain in control.
Do you support newborn sleep?
Yes. Newborn support focuses on safe, age-appropriate sleep foundations, understanding sleep cues and creating realistic rhythms. It does not involve sleep training.
Will I have to stop feeding or comforting at night?
No. Feeding and comforting are important ways of responding to your baby. Night weaning is not an automatic part of the process, and you will not be asked to ignore your baby’s needs.
Can you help families who co-sleep or contact nap?
Yes. We begin with your current situation and focus on the changes you actually want to make. You will not be asked to change your entire parenting approach.
Do you work with families outside Barcelona?
Yes. Consultations and personalised sleep support are available online to families internationally. In-home sleep support is available in Barcelona and nearby areas.
